Position Summary
The Analyst, AI supports the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of AI and Generative AI solutions. The role specializes in vector databases, embedding pipelines, semantic search, NLP, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable scalable AI-powered applications and knowledge solutions.
The incumbent develops and optimizes AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, vector search, LLM applications, and AI guardrails for secure and reliable use of AI. Working with technical and business teams, the role analyzes requirements, evaluates AI performance, supports deployment and operations, and contributes to AI governance, monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.
