This role is client onboarding/implementation for a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record (MYLE) — involves EMR deployment, training, configuring infrastructure, building interfaces, and optimizing clinical workflows.
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, your primary focus will be to support clinic staff in the seamless adoption of our web-based electronic medical record (MYLE). Your role is integral to ensuring a successful implementation tailored to the unique needs and requirements of each clinic. Your contribution to the onboarding team is pivotal, as it directly influences and enhances clinical processes. Reporting to the Director of Onboarding, you will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to welcoming new clients and guiding them in the seamless adoption of our care management solutions.
