Role leads ETL/data migration of clinical and administrative data into an Electronic Medical Record (MYLE) and supports EMR deployments—directly within digital health/health informatics.
As a Data Transfer Team Lead, you will play a key role in the onboarding experience of our new clients. You will lead the technical team responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) clinical and administrative data from third-party systems into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), MYLE.
Reporting to the Director of Deployment, you will act both as a technical reference and as a people manager. Your mandate is multifaceted: contributing to critical data migration projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of transferred data, and supporting the performance and professional development of your development team. Your leadership will directly contribute to successful deployments and client satisfaction.
