Role is explicitly the Lead for Health Informatics responsible for administration, integration, upgrades, and technical leadership of enterprise clinical systems (MEDITECH, Cerner, Epic) and related infrastructure — core eHealth responsibilities.
As the Lead, Health Informatics, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and support of key health information systems and infrastructure, collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. You will provide technical leadership on projects, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

The Lead, Health Informatics is responsible for leading and managing assigned projects, providing leadership to team members and applying appropriate change management strategies as part of a project. Provides advice, guidance, and direction to an assigned portfolio in the areas of knowledge management, and decision support; in clinical and corporate business areas which includes the development and implementation of application architecture. Provides expertise on enterprise-wide projects, serves as back up to the Portfolio Manager in the area of team leadership.Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring and Courageous and creates the conditions for people to succeed.
