Fraser Health is seeking a Lead, Health Informatics to join our Corporate IMIT Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced informatics professional to lead complex projects that transform how clinical and corporate teams use information, technology, and digital solutions to improve patient care and organizational performance.
About the Role
As the Lead, Health Informatics, you will provide leadership for a portfolio of initiatives that support business transformation across Fraser Health. Working closely with clinical, operational, and technical partners, you will lead projects from planning through implementation, guide change management activities, and help shape innovative information system solutions that enhance decision-making and service delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to combine project leadership, business and systems analysis, and health informatics expertise while influencing enterprise-wide initiatives that have a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery.

The Lead, Health Informatics is responsible for leading and managing assigned projects, providing leadership to team members and applying appropriate change management strategies as part of a project. Provides advice, guidance, and direction to an assigned portfolio in the areas of knowledge management, and decision support; in clinical and corporate business areas which includes the development and implementation of application architecture. Provides expertise on enterprise-wide projects, serves as back up to the Portfolio Manager in the area of team leadership.Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring and Courageous and creates the conditions for people to succeed.
