Job Description:
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director, HCM Systems & People Analytics, the Manager, HR Systems is responsible for the operational leadership, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of Scarborough Health Network's HR systems, including Workday and Parklane.
The Manager oversees a team responsible for HR systems administration, reporting, workforce analytics, system maintenance, user support, and continuous improvement activities that enable efficient and effective HR operations. Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, and operational leaders, the role ensures HR systems are configured, maintained, and optimized to support workforce planning, talent management, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
The Manager is accountable for the integrity, security, and effectiveness of HR data and systems, while driving operational excellence through process improvement, system adoption, workforce analytics, and customer service. The successful candidate combines strong HR systems expertise, people leadership, and business acumen to support SHN's People Strategy and operational priorities
