Purpose of the Role
The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets. This role ensures the stability and integrity of voice, data, video, wireless, and cloud network services while developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links. The Senior Network Analyst will also help to resolve network end-user, hardware, and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, while providing necessary end-user training.
