Reporting to the Manager, Technology Enabled Practice, the Pharmacy Automation Lead is responsible for providing a high level of organization and support for the Pharmacy Automation Strategy. The tasks performed by the Pharmacy Automation Lead are essential to provide accurate and timely data for decision- making by leadership and day to day project delivery.
The Pharmacy Automation Lead works closely with pharmacy leaders, the Technology Enabled Practice team, and project managers to support all project activities. In this full-time professional role, senior directors, clinical leaders, managers, directors or departments may be supported. The Pharmacy Automation Lead is responsible for following and adhering to standard policies and procedures and prescribed guidelines and industry standards when completing duties. This position involves varied work within general project management procedures, which requires judgement and initiative and is expected to be able to balance a heavy workload and multiple competing tasks. The Pharmacy Automation Lead will be responsible to coordinate equipment purchases/replacements within the project scope, and assist with RFP development as required. The Pharmacy Automation Lead is responsible to manage the process for training and education, develop learning materials, as well as support leaders across the province in coordinating the timing for their areas. The Pharmacy Automation Lead coordinates and prepares documentation, communication, agendas, meeting minutes, decision requests and contributes to the requirements, risk, schedule and change control processes.

Hourly Rate: $33.34 - $40.84
Annual Salary: $65,006- $79,633
