In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter’s prescription. He knew there had to be a better way. So, he introduced North America’s first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit with a mission to support better health for all Canadians.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Base Salary:  CAD $72,521.00 - 109,341.00

Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic
development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payerprovider platform including building tools practitioners love to use every day

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield’s strategic goal of enabling efficient care.
• Drive prioritization and requirement definition while contributing to long-term product vision and strategy.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Partner closely with clinical operations stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmaps clearly to non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to support go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform 
  product decisions
