Role includes administration of the RLDatix incident reporting system, daily review/analysis of incident reports, development of quality indicators and use of data/quality-improvement methodologies — i.e., working on healthcare IT/clinical informatics and health data for patient safety.
The Quality, Safety and Patient/Family Experience portfolio at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent Quality and Patient Safety Specialist reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, Quality and Patient Safety. The successful candidate will provide leadership in advancing the safety culture at CAMH, and supporting the organization-wide patient safety program
