Role is within a provincial health authority providing operational oversight of enterprise print/output management and related technical services (device lifecycle, print infrastructure, vendor integration) — a healthcare IT/technology services function.
Team Lead, Technology Services
The Team Lead, Technology Services reports to the Provincial Manager and provides leadership and direction to staff across multiple sites and coordinates team members and other staff as needed to meet the defined objectives of the services they are assigned in order to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. This Team Lead role supports the Output Management team within Technology Services and is focused on the operational oversight of print and output management services across VPP and Fraser Health. The role provides leadership to a team, manages vendor relationships, supports process improvement and documentation initiatives, and oversees the lifecycle management of approximately 10,000 print devices. Candidates should bring experience leading technical operations teams, working with vendors and service providers, and supporting print management or similar technology service environments.

Qualifications
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor of Business or related field, plus five (5) years recent related experience preferably in a large, multi-site healthcare environment. Minimum two (2) years recent experience in a leadership role.

Job Type: Temporary Casual
Salary Range: $50-51/hour - as a casual employee, total earnings include an additional 13% in lieu of benefits and paid vacation. The rate for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan
Location: Hybrid: on-site as needed at 1795 Willingdon, Burnaby BC
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
