Are you a clinical leader with a passion for digital health, patient safety, and system transformation? The Lumeo Operations Team is seeking two Digital Interprofessional Practice Leads (DIPLs) to play a pivotal role in advancing high-quality, standardized, and safe clinical practice across our regional health system.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how care is delivered by bridging clinical practice, professional standards, and digital solutions within a large, multi-site Regional Health Information System (RHIS).
Reporting to the Regional Chief Interprofessional Practice Officer, the Digital Interprofessional Practice Lead serves as a subject matter expert in clinical content, professional standards, and electronic health record (EHR) functionality. You will collaborate closely with clinical leaders, clinical informatics, ITS teams, medical leadership, and regional partner hospitals to support the development, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Lumeo RHIS.
As a trusted consultant and advisor, you will ensure that clinical standards, workflows, and policies are accurately and safely embedded within the digital environment—supporting quality care, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical adoption across the region.
