Role provides software and high-level hardware support for Diagnostic Imaging information systems and workstations, interacts with HIS and medical imaging processes — a healthcare IT/clinical systems role.

The Ottawa Hospital uses a 5-level language proficiency scale to define the required level of language skills in English and in French for positions at the Hospital, and to evaluate job candidate language skills. Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position at the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.
