Baycrest is a host organization for the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (Ontario CLRI) which is funded by the Ministry of Long-Term Care. The purpose of the Ontario CLRI is to strengthen the quality of life and care for residents across the province. It does this by providing education and sharing research and innovations to enhance the health and well-being of people who live and work in long-term care
Job Summary
The Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (Ontario CLRI) at Baycrest is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Coordinator to support a diverse portfolio of projects focused on knowledge mobilization, innovation, education, and research in long-term care. Reporting to the Manager, Knowledge Mobilization, the Project Coordinator will coordinate multiple concurrent projects and contribute to research and evaluation activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
This role requires strong project management skills, comfort working in a fast‑paced and innovative environment, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners across the long-term care, research, education, and technology sectors. Many initiatives involve educational technologies, digital platforms, and the translation of evidence into practice, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both operational project work and applied research support.

The salary range for this position is $58,386 to $72,983 per year.
Your placement within the target hiring range will depend on your job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and relevant education and experience, as well as considerations such as market conditions and internal equity. The starting salary will be determined using these factors to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization.
