Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous agirez comme responsable de la transformation numérique (DTL) pour la chaîne d’approvisionnement au Canada, en étant le principal lien entre les leaders d’affaires et les équipes technologiques. Vous piloterez la modernisation des opérations de gestion d’entrepôts, de distribution, de logistique et de gestion des commandes, en traduisant les priorités d’affaires en solutions technologiques évolutives qui améliorent l’efficacité et l’avantage concurrentiel.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Agir comme point de contact principal entre la direction de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et les équipes technologiques
  • Gérer le portefeuille TI de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (intake, priorisation, gouvernance)
  • Définir et exécuter une feuille de route de transformation numérique sur plusieurs années
  • Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions technologiques (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) et inversement
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes en entreposage, distribution et logistique pour identifier des améliorations
  • Diriger l’élaboration de dossiers d’affaires pour les initiatives de transformation
  • Assurer la stabilité, l’optimisation et la scalabilité des processus de bout en bout
  • Agir comme point d’escalade pour les enjeux critiques opérationnels et systèmes
  • Favoriser la collaboration interfonctionnelle pour livrer des résultats mesurables

Job Title

Principal IT Digital Transformation Lead – Supply Chain Digital Experience

Summary

In this strategic role, you will serve as the Digital Transformation Lead (DTL) for Canada Supply Chain, acting as the primary bridge between business leaders and Technology teams. You will drive modernization across warehousing, distribution, logistics, and order management, translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain leadership and Technology teams
  • Own and manage the Supply Chain IT portfolio, including demand intake, prioritization, and governance
  • Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) and vice versa
  • Partner with stakeholders across warehousing, distribution, and logistics to identify improvements
  • Lead business case development for transformation initiatives and investments
  • Ensure end-to-end supply chain processes are stable, optimized, and scalable
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical operational and system issues
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work-related experience. Less years required if has relevant

Preferable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in healthcare distribution or regulated supply chain environments
  • Strong background in technology, data, and ERP systems (WMS, TMS, OMS)
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with VP/SVP-level stakeholders
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Strong operational excellence mindset
  • Enterprise-wide collaboration experience
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$142,500 - $237,500
