Health Information Management
The Release of Information (ROI) Associate will assume responsibility for the monitoring of documentation to ensure compliance to established standards. The duties of this position include the review and prioritization of all requests received by the organization for access and/or disclosure of Personal Health Information (PHI). The position requires frequent interaction with physicians and office support staff on requests for PHI ensuring consistent and timely processing of access/disclosure requests.
