Position is a first-level support/customer service role at a company that develops and supports medical imaging and healthcare informatics solutions; responsibilities include opening service tickets, routing requests to technicians, scheduling PMs, and using CRM/ERP for healthcare IT products.

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Governance and Client Excellence, the Customer Service and Reception Agent is part of the first-level response team for our external and internal clients and is responsible for delivering efficient and courteous service. The agent will handle client interactions via phone calls and emails and will also act as receptionist at the head office. The agent will respond to internal and external calls and welcome visitors at reception, ensuring all required visitor logs are signed.
The agent gathers relevant information from clients in order to open service tickets and route requests to the appropriate technician. The role also involves providing general information to clients. The agent must project a professional image at all times in all interactions with clients and company employees.
This role is often the first point of contact for clients seeking information or experiencing issues. Projecting a positive client experience is therefore essential.
The incumbent must maintain a positive and reassuring attitude and quickly build trust in order to effectively meet client needs.
