Role is for a health-technology company building and deploying a clinical data/interoperability platform (EHR/claims integration, HL7/FHIR, clinical NLP) and leads product management and delivery of those healthcare software implementations.
About the Company
Verto Health is a health technology company solving healthcare’s most complex data fragmentation and interoperability challenges. Our patented, AI-enabled platform ingests structured and unstructured clinical data across disparate EHRs, claims, and payer systems to create a unified, actionable view of patient populations. We empower health systems and value-based care organizations across North America to master population health by translating hidden clinical insights into personalized patient journeys, automated workflows, and accurate risk adjustments. By bridging the gap between raw data and coordinated action, Verto enables healthcare providers to reduce manual overhead, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver proactive, data-driven care at scale.
About the Role
Verto builds software that takes on some of healthcare’s most stubborn inefficiencies, and that product is only as valuable as our ability to get it live in the health systems we serve. That is the problem this role exists to solve. You will lead the product management discipline and own the delivery engine that turns a sophisticated platform into something we can deploy at scale and on repeat, without a heavy team behind every rollout. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Technical Delivery Leads, set the bar they deliver to, and keep product, engineering, go-to-market, and Implementations & Business Development working in lockstep.
You own the product and the productized delivery capability behind it. That means the productized capabilities and services we deploy, plus the delivery practice that makes standing them up leaner, more repeatable, and more scalable over time. Implementations & Business Development owns the project management around client engagements, including contracting, SoWs, and project administration, and leads the work that is clinically-led or still being defined. Engineering owns the technical architecture and software development of the platform. Your role is to partner with the cross-functional teams to ensure we are building the right products, delivering them effectively, continuously improving on how the organization delivers new features to the market, and measuring their success and adoption.
This role is part operator (product delivery, budgets, team) and part strategist (product direction and roadmap, P&L, go-to-market). If you want to own both the strategy and the machine that delivers it, and to measure your impact in how fast our customers reach value, this is the role for you. Reports to the CIO.
