Role is at MEDFAR, a company that develops a cloud-based EMR (MYLE); the position's primary function is creating and delivering training for staff on healthcare software products, which is directly related to digital health/EMR implementation and operations.
As a Junior L&D Specialist, you will report to the L&D Manager and work closely with the L&D Specialist to help us build a learning community at MEDFAR. Your focus will be first and foremost to deliver the Academy training as part of the onboarding of new employees.
