Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Lead, Health Informatics to join our Clinical Informatics and Digital Health team. This role provides leadership across health informatics initiatives that support clinical and corporate business areas, enabling the effective use of information and digital solutions to improve care delivery.
About the Role
The Lead, Health Informatics is responsible for leading and managing assigned projects, providing day-to-day leadership to team members, and applying appropriate change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle. This role partners closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders, offering expert advice, guidance, and direction within an assigned portfolio.
Key areas of focus include knowledge management, decision support, and the development and implementation of application architecture. The Lead, Health Informatics also provides expertise on enterprise-wide initiatives and serves as a backup to the Portfolio Manager in team leadership responsibilities.
