We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and scale digital solutions that empower pharmacists to deliver high-quality patient care. This role sits within the Provider Domain of Digital Health and focuses on advancing our Pharmacy Services Hub (PS Hub)—a modern platform that unifies clinical workflows, integrations, and service delivery across Canada.
You will operate at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and operations—shaping products that elevate the provider experience, unlock new service opportunities, and connect pharmacists to the broader healthcare ecosystem.

This role is central to advancing Shoppers Drug Mart’s vision of pharmacists as front-line healthcare providers in Canada’s evolving system. You will shape the digital tools they rely on every day—streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and enabling high-quality care delivery at scale.
Working closely with Pharmacy and SDM teams, you will connect pharmacist and patient experiences through seamless, integrated solutions that improve access, continuity, and quality of care. Using data to guide decisions, you will drive experimentation and continuously refine the product roadmap to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
Ultimately, your work will help scale a modern clinical platform that enhances efficiency, enables service growth, and strengthens the role of pharmacy in primary care.
