Role is for building cloud services and REST APIs for a digital health platform (remote cardiovascular monitoring, clinical-grade physiological data, medical research systems) — directly within health technology/digital health.
At Myant, our mission is to help people Live Younger, Longer by transforming healthcare from episodic, reactive care to proactive, preventive health management. Through our pioneering connected textiles and continuous monitoring technology, we bridge the gap between individuals, their families, and healthcare providers—creating a world where quality healthcare is more accessible, personalized, and preventative.
We are building the future of continuous health monitoring through advanced materials, AI, and connected technologies. Our textile computing platform integrates sensors, connectivity, and intelligence directly into everyday fabrics, enabling continuous, real-time health insights that support earlier detection and better management of chronic conditions.
Following the acquisition of mmHg Inc., a physician-led digital health company specializing in remote cardiovascular monitoring, we are expanding our software capabilities to power next-generation precision medicine platforms. mmHg’s clinically designed software enables healthcare providers to remotely monitor blood pressure and other vital indicators while aligning patient data with evidence-based clinical workflows.
Together, Myant and mmHg are creating an integrated ecosystem where clinical-grade physiological data, AI-driven insights, and remote care platforms work seamlessly together. By combining wearable sensing technologies with intelligent clinical software, we are enabling healthcare providers to deliver more personalized, proactive care while improving outcomes while helping people live healthier, longer lives.
As part of our software team, you will contribute to building platforms that support clinicians, researchers, and patients around the world.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Services Developer (Spring Boot/Kotlin) to serve as a technical lead within our software development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud services that power our mobile and web applications in a medical health and research environment.
You will play a key role across the entire project lifecycle, from system architecture and backend service development to mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong backend development expertise using Kotlin/Java and the Spring Framework, along with experience building cloud-based platforms and RESTful APIs.
This role is based within mmHg, a fully remote team, and works closely with Myant’s broader technology and product groups.
