Role is a Product Manager for Lumeca Health’s virtual care platform (secure virtual care, messaging, scheduling, patient engagement and healthcare workflows) — directly works on healthcare software/digital health.
Lumeca Health is a Canadian virtual care platform focused on simplifying communication between healthcare providers and patients.
Our platform supports healthcare organizations, clinics, and governments through secure virtual care, messaging, scheduling, patient engagement, and healthcare workflow tools. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team that values ownership, adaptability, and execution.
We’re looking for a highly adaptable Senior Product Manager, Product + Growth to join Lumeca on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave starting June 2026.
This role is intentionally cross‑functional and goes beyond traditional product management. You’ll work across Product, Customer Engagement, Growth, and light Marketing initiatives, supporting both day‑to‑day product execution and external-facing activities such as demos, proposals, and go‑to‑market support.
For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to transition this role into a permanent, full‑time Marketing / Growth role at the conclusion of the maternity leave.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and wants hands‑on exposure to how a growing health tech business operates end‑to‑end.

3+ years of Product Management experience in software or SaaS
Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly
Experience working closely with software development teams using Agile methodologies
Strong written and visual communication skills, including experience creating presentations, sales materials, or customer-facing documentation
