This posting is for a current vacancy that needs to be filled.

Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment – CT, X-Ray and Ultrasound – for clients primarily in Northern New Brunswick.

Major Responsibilities

  • Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensure full functionality based on specifications;
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment;
  • Always adhere to quality standards;
  • Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports;
  • Adhere at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.

Position Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer, in at least two of the following modalities: X-ray, CT systems, or Ultrasound;
  • Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
  • Diploma in Electronics or biomedical engineering technology;
  • Solid communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Available to travel internationally for training;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license;
  • Able to be on call;
  • Capable to work overtime and flexible hours.
