Position Summary
The Senior Analytics Specialist will provide advanced analytical leadership to support UHN’s Surgical Planning work, with a focus on cross-site functional planning for the Sprott Department of Surgery. The role will develop scenario-based planning tools and translate complex clinical, and operational data into recommendations that support long-term, enterprise-wide surgical resource planning.
This position requires a senior-level analyst who can independently structure complex problems, integrate multiple data sources, build robust models, communicate assumptions clearly, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with patient access, system demand, population health needs, government priorities, financial sustainability and UHN Surgery strategic priorities.
